The official association correspondence will be through email from this website, the community manager, or via postal mail. Facebook, twitter, or other social media accounts are not affiliated with the condo association and do not speak on behalf of the association. However, there are community forums on this website for members to connect. The board and property management company is not responsible for monitoring or responding to Facebook posts relating to condo association concerns.

Please review the copy of the covenants and by laws of our neighborhood. Homeowners can these documents on this website in homeowner documents. Tenants can contact their landlord for a copy - however a summary version is available on the website for anyone registered to view.
